Why should I re-upholster, if it’s cheaper to buy something new?
If you haven’t noticed we are living in a disposable society. The current life span of most retail furniture only averages about 5 years. Upholstery can offer your furniture a life span of anywhere between 5 to 20 years.
What fabrics are kid and pet-friendly?
Most of our vendors provide durable, water repellent, and washable fabric. Ultimately it will be our goal to provide the best fabric to suit your needs as well as your overall design and aesthetic.
How long does upholstery generally take?
From the initial quote to your finished product we generally estimate about 2 to 4 weeks. However, most of our estimates are on a custom basis and can vary. Please allow for this time but never hesitate to ask us for a more specific time frame for your piece or in special instances for rushed service.
Can you change the overall style of a piece?
In some cases, yes, but we would really need to inspect and ensure that your money was being spent properly when changing the style of a piece. If you have any further questions please feel free to email or call us anytime.
I only need cushions reconditioned, how long would this take?
Cushions being reconditioned typically can get done in either 1 to 3 days. This all depends primarily on if the foam is available in our workshop and if there are no other pending orders at that time.
Do you offer rush service?
We can offer rush service to you, however, it is on a case by case basis depending on what we have going on and whether or not we have orders that take priority before yours. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email as quickly as possible in order for us to see if we can rush your piece.
